Terms & Conditions

1. Services
TrueFrame Studios provides professional photo editing, video editing, album design, and culling services.
2. Orders
All orders must include complete and accurate instructions. In the absence of specific instructions, TrueFrame Studios reserves the right to apply standard editing practices at its sole discretion.
3. Turnaround Time
Estimated delivery timelines range from 3–15 days depending on project size and complexity. Timelines are indicative and not legally binding.
4. Revisions
Up to three (3) revisions are included. Additional revisions will be billed separately. Revision requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
5. Payment Terms
Full payment is due immediately upon delivery of the final output, including any form of access to completed files (such as previews, downloads, or shared links).
Failure to make payment immediately upon delivery shall constitute payment default without any further notice.
- Withhold high-resolution files
- Restrict, suspend, or revoke access
- Disable download links or cloud access
- Remove previously shared files
No usage rights are granted until full payment is received.
6. Payment Default, Client Authorization & Usage Rights
In the event of non-payment immediately upon delivery, the client shall be deemed in default.
The client (photographer/videographer) represents and warrants that they have obtained all necessary permissions, consents, and rights from all individuals appearing in the media, including but not limited to clients, couples, event participants, or any identifiable persons, for the purposes of editing, processing, and promotional usage by TrueFrame Studios.
TrueFrame Studios shall have the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive right to use, publish, distribute, display, reproduce, and promote any edited or unedited footage, images, or media provided by the client for business, marketing, and promotional purposes.
This includes, without limitation, usage on Facebook, Instagram, websites, online portfolios, advertisements, and any other social media or digital platforms, whether existing now or developed in the future.
The client agrees that they have the legal authority to grant such rights and shall be solely responsible for obtaining all required permissions. The client expressly waives any claims, objections, or compensation rights arising from such usage in cases of payment default.
7. Intellectual Property
All original content remains the property of the client. However, no rights to use final work are granted until full payment is received.
8. Limitation of Liability
TrueFrame Studios shall not be liable for any damages including data loss, business interruption, or dissatisfaction.
9. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify TrueFrame Studios against any claims arising from provided content.
10. Service Refusal
TrueFrame Studios reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order involving illegal or inappropriate content.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Mumbai, Maharashtra.
