Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Clients may request cancellation before work has commenced.
  • Once editing, photography, videography, or any production work has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Payment made in error
  • Order cancelled before work begins
  • Service cannot be provided by TrueFrame Studios

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued:

  • After editing work has commenced.
  • After photography or videography services have been delivered.
  • After digital files have been delivered.
  • Due to change of mind.
  • Due to dissatisfaction arising from subjective artistic preferences when the delivered work matches the agreed specifications.
  • For delays caused by incomplete client information or late approvals.

Partial Refunds

Where significant work has already been completed, any refund shall be at the sole discretion of TrueFrame Studios after deducting charges for work performed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method, subject to banking timelines.

Project Rescheduling

Photography or videography bookings may be rescheduled subject to availability. Additional charges may apply where new dates involve increased operational costs.

Force Majeure

TrueFrame Studios shall not be responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, internet outages, strikes, pandemics, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.
