4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment or advance payment is received.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • All invoices must be paid according to the agreed payment terms.
  • Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

5. Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only. Delays caused by incomplete files, client approvals, internet issues, force majeure events, or technical problems shall not constitute a breach of contract.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide complete and accurate information.
  • Upload files in supported formats.
  • Ensure they own or have permission to use all submitted content.
  • Review and approve delivered work within a reasonable period.

7. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are provided according to the selected package. Requests beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Clients retain ownership of their original images and videos.
  • TrueFrame Studios retains ownership of its editing methods, workflows, templates, designs, and proprietary processes.

9. Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, TrueFrame Studios may use edited work for its portfolio, website, and marketing materials.

If you do not wish your work to be displayed publicly, please notify us in writing before the project begins.

10. Confidentiality

All client files and information are treated as confidential and are not shared with third parties except where required for service delivery or by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

TrueFrame Studios shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss caused by client-side issues.
  • Delays beyond our reasonable control.
  • Indirect or consequential damages.
  • Loss of business, profits, or opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.

12. File Storage

Delivered files are generally retained for a limited period after project completion. Clients are responsible for downloading and securely backing up their files.

13. Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or policies.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
